Privacy Policy

zirizima (헤매지마 / JIMA Seoul v3) is a free Seoul companion for finding restrooms, hospitals and pharmacies, and filming-related places. This policy explains what data the app uses, how it is used, and the choices available to you.

Data we use

Location and nearby search

With your permission, the app may use your iPhone's location (Core Location, "When In Use") for nearby results. Restroom coordinates are sent to a Supabase RPC for a nearest-restroom query. Care searches use Apple MapKit. Filming places come from data bundled with the app. The app does not retain a location history.

You can start without location. A Seoul region that you select may be used in place of your actual location, and you can change that choice in the app.

Reviews and duplicate prevention

If you submit a review, the app sends the rating, selected predefined tags, optional text, app language, and the relevant restroom record ID. A random device-scoped value may be used to prevent duplicate submissions and rate-limit abuse. It is not an analytics user ID and is not linked by us to your Apple ID, name, phone number, email, or precise location.

• You can update an old rating you submitted, instead of duplicating it
• We can rate-limit abusive devices (5 ratings per hour max)

Reviews are stored on our Supabase backend and shown as anonymous content. They may be retained after the app is deleted because we cannot reliably associate old review records with a person.

Ratings, tags, comments

When you tap "Rate" and submit, the following is sent to our backend:

• A 1–5 star rating
• Zero or more pre-defined tags (clean, busy, has_paper, etc.)
• Optional one-line comment (≤280 characters)
• The relevant restroom record ID
• A duplicate-prevention device value, where required
• Your selected app language ("en", "ko", "zh", or "ja")

These are stored on our backend and shown to other users as anonymous reviews ("Anonymous · 3d ago").

Optional analytics

Analytics collection is off by default and starts only after you enable it. We use the IDFA-free FirebaseAnalyticsCore dependency. IDFV collection is disabled, and we do not set our own user ID. If enabled, Firebase may process an app instance identifier and basic device/app information. We record fixed events such as screen views, service switches, directions requests/results, intro or guide actions, and content states, with service, language, and cohort values where relevant.

Analytics events do not contain coordinates, place IDs or names, medical categories, symptoms, search queries, phone numbers, addresses, or map URLs. You can revoke analytics consent in Settings; this stops future collection. Revocation does not mean that data already received by Firebase is immediately deleted from its servers.

Analytics consent is separate from advertising consent. The app's required Google UMP privacy choices remain available in Settings for AdMob.

Data we don't use

• Apple ID, email, phone number
• A separate crash-reporting account or Crashlytics SDK (advertising SDK diagnostics may still be processed)
• Our own account, profile, or analytics user ID
• Photos, microphone, camera, contacts, calendar, motion, health

Where data lives

• Mobile app: App preferences and, for review duplicate prevention, a random device-scoped value.
• Backend: Restroom data and reviews submitted by users, hosted on Supabase Inc. The filming dataset is bundled in the app.

Third-party services

Google Maps (handoff)

When you tap a directions action, the app may open Google Maps or Apple Maps with destination information. The external maps app receives the coordinates or map URL needed for that handoff. From that moment, the provider's privacy policy (or Apple's privacy policy) applies.

Supabase (backend host)

Our backend runs on Supabase Inc. It processes restroom queries and review submissions described above. Requests may contain the one-shot coordinates needed for a restroom nearby query.

Google AdMob (advertising)

We display one standard banner advertisement at the bottom of each service home via the Google Mobile Ads SDK. Where required, Google User Messaging Platform (UMP) presents advertising consent choices before ads are requested. We do not request the App Tracking Transparency prompt or intentionally send exact location, restroom searches, or reviews for advertising.

AdMob is separate from optional analytics. We request non-personalized advertising and disable publisher first-party IDs. Google's advertising SDK may still process IP addresses (including approximate location), device identifiers, ad impressions and interactions, crash and performance diagnostics, and request information for advertising, fraud prevention, and measurement under Google's privacy policy. We do not request ATT or deliberately send restroom searches and reviews for advertising.

You can review the required advertising privacy choices in the app's Settings.

Firebase Analytics (optional measurement)

If you enable analytics, Firebase Analytics processes the limited events described above under Google Firebase's privacy information and Google's privacy policy.

Children's privacy

The app is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect children's data.

Your rights

• Stop using the app and delete it. Review records already submitted may continue to exist as anonymous data.
• Disable location access for JIMA Seoul / 헤매지마 in iPhone Settings → Privacy.
• Turn optional analytics off in the app's Settings and review advertising privacy choices where required. Contact us for privacy or review-removal requests; please include enough information to locate the review without sending sensitive personal information.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy in a way that materially affects how we handle your data, we'll update the "Last updated" date above. For non-trivial changes, we'll show a notice in the app on next launch.

zirizima(헤매지마·JIMA Seoul v3)는 서울의 화장실, 병원·약국, 촬영 관련 장소를 찾는 무료 앱입니다. 이 방침은 앱이 사용하는 정보와 선택권을 설명합니다.

수집하는 정보

위치와 근처 검색

허용한 경우 iPhone 위치를 근처 결과에 사용합니다. 화장실 검색은 Supabase RPC에 일회성 좌표를 보내고, 병원·약국 검색은 Apple MapKit을 사용합니다. 촬영 장소는 앱에 포함된 데이터에서 제공합니다. 위치 이력은 보관하지 않습니다.

위치 없이 시작할 수 있으며, 실제 위치 대신 사용자가 선택한 서울 지역을 사용할 수 있습니다.

리뷰와 중복 방지

리뷰를 제출하면 별점, 미리 정의된 태그, 선택한 글, 앱 언어, 관련 화장실 레코드 ID를 보냅니다. 중복 제출 방지와 악용 제한을 위해 무작위 기기 범위 값이 사용될 수 있습니다. 이는 분석 사용자 ID가 아니며 Apple ID, 이름, 전화번호, 이메일 또는 정확한 위치와 연결하지 않습니다.

사용자가 남기는 평점·태그·한줄평

"평가하기"에서 제출하는 정보:

• 1~5점 별점
• 미리 정의된 태그 (깨끗함, 붐빔, 휴지있음 등)
• 선택적 한 줄 코멘트 (최대 280자)
• 화장실 레코드 ID, 중복 방지용 기기 값, 선택한 언어

이 데이터는 익명으로 다른 사용자에게 표시됩니다.

선택적 분석

분석은 기본적으로 꺼져 있으며 사용자가 허용한 뒤에만 시작합니다. IDFA가 없는 FirebaseAnalyticsCore 의존성을 사용하고 IDFV 수집을 끕니다. 자체 사용자 ID는 설정하지 않습니다. 허용하면 Firebase가 앱 인스턴스 식별자와 기본 기기·앱 정보를 처리할 수 있습니다.

화면, 서비스 전환, 길찾기 요청·결과, 소개·안내 행동, 콘텐츠 상태 같은 고정 이벤트를 기록하며 서비스·언어·진입군 등의 값만 포함합니다. 좌표, 장소 ID·이름, 의료 분류·증상, 검색어, 전화번호, 주소, 지도 URL은 포함하지 않습니다. 설정에서 철회하면 이후 수집을 중단하지만 Firebase 서버에 이미 전달된 데이터가 즉시 삭제된다는 뜻은 아닙니다.

분석 동의는 광고 동의와 별개입니다. 설정에서 Google UMP의 AdMob 개인정보 선택을 확인할 수 있습니다.

수집하지 않는 정보

Apple ID, 이메일, 전화번호, 자체 분석 사용자 ID, 사진, 마이크, 카메라, 연락처, 캘린더, 모션, 건강 정보 등.

제3자 서비스

• Google Maps·Apple Maps — "안내 시작"을 누르면 목적지 좌표 또는 지도 URL이 외부 지도 앱으로 전달될 수 있습니다. 이후에는 해당 제공자의 개인정보 정책이 적용됩니다.
• Supabase — 화장실 근처 검색과 리뷰 제출을 처리하는 백엔드입니다.
• Google AdMob 및 UMP — 각 서비스 홈 하단에 비개인화 배너 광고를 요청하며 게시자 퍼스트 파티 ID를 비활성화합니다. 필요한 지역에서는 광고 요청 전에 동의 선택지를 제공합니다. 광고 SDK는 광고 제공·부정 사용 방지·측정을 위해 IP 주소와 대략적 위치, 기기 식별자, 광고 노출·상호작용, 충돌·성능 진단 및 요청 정보를 처리할 수 있습니다. 분석과 별개로 설정에서 광고 선택을 확인할 수 있습니다. ATT 프롬프트를 띄우지 않으며, Google 개인정보 정책의 적용을 받습니다.
• Firebase Analytics — 분석을 허용한 경우에만 제한된 이벤트를 처리합니다. 자세한 내용은 Google Firebase 개인정보 안내와 Google 개인정보 정책을 확인하세요.

보관 및 선택권

앱 삭제 시에도 서버에 이미 제출한 리뷰는 남을 수 있습니다. 설정에서 이후 분석 수집을 끄고 필요한 광고 개인정보 선택을 변경할 수 있습니다. iPhone 설정에서 위치 권한을 철회할 수 있습니다. 개인정보 또는 리뷰 삭제 요청은 아래 이메일로 문의하세요. 민감한 개인정보 대신 리뷰를 찾을 수 있는 장소와 작성 시점 등 최소한의 정보를 제공해 주세요.
